POST-TREATMENT SUPPORT AND WARRANTY TERMS

1. Treatment Support and Warranty Coverage

Following treatments performed at our clinic, in cases such as certain treatment-related complications, fracture or detachment of restorations, or similar conditions, warranty-covered treatment may be provided, if deemed necessary following the clinic’s evaluation. Such support is subject to the nature of the treatment, the materials used, clinical evaluation, and the applicable warranty terms. Each case will be assessed individually by our clinical team.

2. Requirement to Return to Türkiye

In certain cases, the patient may be required to return to Türkiye for evaluation or necessary treatment. If the patient is required to return to our clinic after travelling back to their home country, all flight tickets, accommodation, transfers, transportation, meals and other personal travel expenses shall be borne by the patient, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Situations Excluded from Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following situations may not be covered under the warranty:

* Failure to follow the dentist’s instructions and care recommendations,

* Inadequate oral and dental hygiene,

* Excessive forces such as teeth grinding or clenching,

* Trauma, accidents, or external factors,

* Smoking or other harmful habits,

* Treatment or intervention performed by another clinic or dentist,

* Conditions arising from the patient’s existing health status or information not disclosed during treatment,

* Situations beyond the clinic’s control or outside the applicable warranty terms.

4. Treatment at Another Clinic

If the patient undergoes treatment or intervention at another clinic or by another dentist without prior notification to and approval from our clinic any warranty assessment shall be subject to our clinic’s clinical evaluation and decision.

5. Pre-Travel Information

Before returning to their home country, the patient is expected to follow all post-treatment care instructions and attend any recommended follow-up appointments. In the event of any problem, the patient should first contact our clinic and provide information about the situation.

Transfer and stay

Comprehensive transportation support from airport arrival to daily treatment transfers, including airport pickup, hotel transfers and transportation between the hotel and medical facilities throughout the patient's stay.
